Ed Drozda is a business coach and organizational advisor who works with small businesses employing between 1 and 250 people. As a Business Coach Ed is a facilitator; he provides conscious listening, powerful intuition and provocative questioning to aid his client-partners in establishing clarity. Once clarity is established he shifts between his coaching and organizational advisor roles to aid in the design of realistic strategies that will enable his client-partners to bring their goals to fruition.

Ed is a graduate of Marquette University, Bryant University and Coach University. He is engaged in continuing and ongoing education to ensure his client-partners are receiving the greatest benefit possible. Ed is active in local and regional business affairs, has served on the Boards of several area businesses and is fully committed to the success of his client-partners.
