The coaching relationship is about your development. You are here because you are committed to developing yourself. This is not always an easy task, but truly a highly rewarding one. You will be asked tough questions about yourself, your goals and your intent. You will be asked to demonstrate your commitment by taking action that will move you towards your goals. You are expected to be available at designated call times or to advise otherwise with a minimum of 48 hours notice. You are expected to pay your invoices as specified. This process is about you and you are worth the effort. Keep in mind, the coaching process is about you. If at any time you believe that your needs are not being met I will make every effort to refer you to another coach that may be better suited for you.

My role is to facilitate your development, without prejudice or judgment. I commit to you that I will be honest in my language and sincere in my listening. I will be available for you at the designated call times. Your success is my success. Through my commitment to you I am also committed to myself.

Establishing a trusting relationship is essential in the coaching process. It is quite possible that you or I will not be satisfied with the outcome and it is quite appropriate in such a case that either one of us may elect to dissolve the relationship.
