Business/Executive Coaching

Each of us knows that we have to set goals, develop plans to reach them and then initiate the plans. Yet, it is not uncommon for us to overlook, ignore or perhaps avoid these critical steps in achieving success. Sometimes we need to find a partner who is willing to prompt us, provoke us even push us in the right direction. The business/executive coach is just such a partner.

What is coaching?

Sports aside, the coaching "profession" is quite new and yet the "coaching process" has been alive and well for a very long time. Coaching is about making a commitment to your' success and thus the decision is yours. The process is one in which you chart and navigate the course; I provide the navigation tools and as needed, a jump start and nudging. I view my role as facilitating your success by helping you to recognize your strengths and weaknesses. In the coaching relationship we explore those matters that impede your ability to grow and to prosper in business. However, it is not possible to address the business side of ourselves without acknowledging our personal lives as well. We may address such questions as: If you were to fully live your life, what is the first change that you would make? What are you tolerating; putting up with? What would you try now if you knew you could not fail? What will it cost (what will happen) if you elect to do nothing?

Developing clarity around yourself is an essential step in achieving your goals. Many of us do not appreciate the need for this clarity and as a result we are not fully aware of the breadth of our potential. You and I are partners who share the same goals; your' success!
